At Armaf US Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via the portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
